1. Mission & Agreement

By registering with Pulse Gains, you are entering into a professional partnership for digital acceleration. These terms govern your use of our platform and services. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in social media algorithms and legal standards, ensuring you always have the most secure service possible.

2. Financial & Wallet Policy

Pulse Gains utilizes an Internal Wallet System to bypass slow banking delays and trigger your orders instantly.

The Pulse Refund Guarantee: If an order cannot be completed or is partially delivered due to technical constraints, the remaining balance is returned instantly to your Pulse Gains Wallet.

Financial Details:

  • Failed Orders: If a service does not start within 72 hours, 100% of the funds return to your wallet automatically.
  • Partial Deliveries: If our system only delivers a portion of your order (e.g., 800 out of 1000), the cost of the undelivered 200 units is credited back to your wallet instantly.
  • Deposit Policy: Deposits made via M-Pesa or Bank are final. These funds are converted to Platform Credit for service use and are not withdrawable back to M-Pesa unless an error occurred during the transaction process.
  • Order Conflicts: Do not place multiple orders for the same link from different providers at once. This causes tracking errors and voids the refund policy.

3. Algorithm & Delivery Details

Social networks are dynamic. We adapt our delivery methods to match their latest updates.

  • Start Times: Most orders begin within minutes, but some "High Retention" services may take up to 24 hours to begin to ensure the growth looks organic to the platform.
  • The Refill Guarantee: Services marked with "Refill" include a protection period. If numbers drop, you can trigger a free top-up via your 'Order History' dashboard.
  • Account Requirements: Your profile must be set to Public. If an account is made Private during an active order, the system will mark it as complete, and no credit can be returned.

4. Privacy & Data Safety

We handle your data with bank-grade discretion. Your security is our reputation.

  • No Passwords Needed: We will never ask for your login credentials. We only require the public link to your content.
  • Contact Usage: Your WhatsApp and Email are used strictly for sending service updates, 2FA security, and urgent order notifications. We never sell your data.
  • Discreet Growth: We maintain 100% confidentiality. Your association with Pulse Gains is never disclosed to third parties or used in public testimonials without your consent.
